Mr. Altherr has served in the capacity of Division Manager, Project Manager, and Task Manager in the private sector and as Flood Control District General Manager, Director, and County Engineer in the public sector. In his career he has provided drainage support and design for over 25 miles of major arterial roadways in Pima County.

Jiankang Wang , PH.D., PE/Principal
Dr. Wang obtained his Ph.D., in chemical engineering, from the University of Arizona in 2004. He has 17 years experience in drainage engineering. He is responsible for the day to day management of projects, technical modeling, and report preparations. Dr. Wang has experience related to hydrologic analyses, hydraulic analyses, flood insurance studies, sediment transport modeling, as well as formulation and evaluation of urban flood control improvements. He has extensive experience with HEC-HMS/HEC-GeoHMS/HEC-1, HEC-RAS/HEC-GeoRAS/HEC-2, FLO-2D, HY-8, HY-22, Heastad StormCAD, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS.

Rachael Nock , CFM
Mrs. Nock has 8 years of experience related to floodplain studies and floodplain management. Mrs. Nock has focused on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and GIS analysis and data related to hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, LiDAR data, terrain development and manipulation, and floodplain delineation. She also has experience with detailed FEMA floodplain mapping, including creation of floodplain workmaps and FIS profiles. Other experience includes alternatives analysis, report writing, and presentation materials. Mrs. Nock has experience with the following hydrologic and hydraulic computer models: HEC-RAS (1D/2D), HEC-HMS, PC-Hydro, FLO-2D, Infoworks ICM, HY-8, Bentley StormCAD. GIS experience with QGIS and ESRI ArcGIS Desktop including HEC-GeoRAS.

Brenda Koch , CAD
Ms. Koch has over 16 years of experience in civil and hydrology design relating to land development, public improvement and storm water pollution prevention. She provides support to the CMG engineers and assists with the preparing of computations and reports. She is also responsible for the completion of all illustrative drawings. Ms. Koch has working knowledge of HEC-1, HEC-RAS, HY-8, Haestad StormCAD, BOSS RiverCAD, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map 3D, and ArcView GIS.
